The Origin
We got tired of normal coffee.
It started simple. We were done settling for whatever was on the shelf — the same mass-produced bags that taste like they were roasted for nobody in particular.
So we started exploring. Tasting. Comparing. Visiting roasters. Learning what makes coffee actually worth slowing down for. And somewhere along the way, we stopped looking for a brand we believed in — and started building one.
Mr. Pigeon Coffee is what came out of that search. Small-batch roasted on the Gulf Coast, developed blend by blend until each one earned the label.
